Bee and flower 7″ out now + Other release news

The bee and flower 7″ is available now (check releases and mailorder sections for more info), consists of 2 tracks (of wich one unreleased before) and features the beautiful artwork of Nicole Boitos. Limited to 500 handnumbered copies.

The god is an astronaut – Far from refuge 12″ is planned for the 2nd week of april if everything goes as planned at the pressing plant.

I’m also glad, honoured and really excited to announce my 3rd release: A split-10″ between the wonderful artists A whisper in the noise (Minnesota) & Rhys Marsh and the autumn ghost (UK/Norway). The plan is to have this out somewhere in july/august.

In february our first release will see the light of day. It will be a 7″ by the wonderful Bee and flower featuring 2 songs: dust & sparks + wounded walking. It will be a limited handnumbered run on clear milky white vinyl with beautiful artwork done by Nicole Boitos (Red sparowes, Gira, Jarboe,…). The band will be selling the 7″ on their upcoming european tour with American music club (see dates below). So go check them out if they play in a venue near you. After the tour I will be setting up a mailorder (more info to follow) and you will also still be able to get it through Bee and flower themselves:

The 2nd release will be the vinyl version of God is an astronaut’s last album ‘Far from refuge’. Estimated date of release for that one is early april. It will be a limited handnumbered gatefold run on coloured vinyl. Morningrise will also be putting out their other albums on vinyl (more details in a few months). They’re also doing some shows in march and april, so go check them out if you live in the area:

First glimpse of light

Just writing a quick post on here to avoid the impression not much is happening. At the moment the first release is almost finished and will hit the press somewhere next week. Estimated release date: Beginning of february.

Negotiations about the 2nd release are as good as done, so that can be expected around springtime. After that things will probably start to run a bit smoother and I can start giving updates about future releases.
